A Practice That Started from Listening
CuiGlow grew out of a straightforward observation: many people in Taichung found salon environments stressful or inconvenient, especially when preparing for something meaningful — a wedding, a gallery opening, a work trip abroad. The experience of getting ready was being overshadowed by the logistics of getting there.
The answer was simple: bring the craft to the client. From a modest beginning working hotel rooms and private residences in Beitun District, CuiGlow developed a reputation for showing up prepared, reading the room — and the skin — and delivering work that felt appropriate rather than imposing.
Today, CuiGlow serves clients across Greater Taichung for occasions of all sizes, from quiet business-day touch-ups to weekend wedding programmes. The approach has remained consistent: unhurried, attentive, and genuinely tailored to the person in the chair.

With eight years of professional experience across bridal, editorial, and event work, Cui Lin founded CuiGlow to make high-quality artistry accessible wherever clients need it.
Ya-Min Hsu
Associate Artist
Ya-Min specialises in editorial-influenced looks and skin preparation. She joined CuiGlow after several years assisting on fashion shoots in Taipei and Taichung.

All brushes and tools are sanitised between every client. Single-use applicators are used where appropriate, and the kit is cleaned and restocked after each session.

The artist arrives within the agreed window, prepared and set up efficiently so as not to disrupt the client's preparation timeline or space.
