These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CuiGlow's website and the makeup artistry services we provide. By submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "CuiGlow" refers to the makeup artistry practice operated from Taichung, Taiwan ("we", "us", "our").
• "Client" means any person who books or uses CuiGlow's services ("you", "your").
• "Services" means the makeup artistry sessions described on this website, including Hotel Room Ready, Art Exhibition Opening, and Full Wedding Weekend.
• "Session" means a scheduled makeup application appointment.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, confirming a booking, or otherwise engaging with CuiGlow's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so.

3. Service Description

CuiGlow provides professional home visit makeup artistry services in Taichung and, in some cases, surrounding areas of Taiwan. The three current service packages are described on the Solutions page of this website. Services are delivered at the client's specified location — hotel room, residence, or event venue — by appointment only.

Services are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday sessions may be available by arrangement. Availability during public holidays should be confirmed in advance.

4. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only after CuiGlow has received your enquiry, discussed session details, and provided written confirmation of the date, time, location, and agreed price. Confirmation may be by email or message. No booking is considered final until this confirmation has been given.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). The current service prices are:

• Hotel Room Ready: NT$2,000
• Art Exhibition Opening: NT$6,800
• Full Wedding Weekend: NT$22,000

All prices are confirmed in writing before a booking is finalised. Travel within Greater Taichung is included. Travel to other locations may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Payment methods are discussed directly with the client.

6. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session will not incur a cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session may be subject to a partial fee, the amount of which will be discussed at the time of booking.
• If CuiGlow is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment.
• Changes to session timing or location should be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about skin type, allergies, or sensitivities before the session.
• Be present and ready to begin the session at the agreed time.
• Provide a suitable space for the session — ideally with good natural light and a flat, stable surface for the artist's kit.
• Treat the artist with respect throughout the session.

CuiGlow is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed skin conditions or allergies. If you are uncertain about a product ingredient, please raise this during the pre-session consultation.

8. Photography and Content

CuiGlow will not photograph you during or after the session without your express verbal or written consent. If you consent to photographs being taken, you will be asked separately whether CuiGlow may use them for portfolio or promotional purposes. Consent for photography and consent for its use are treated as separate permissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — belongs to CuiGlow unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, adapt, or republish any content from this site without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

CuiGlow provides makeup artistry services based on professional skill and experience. We do not make any claims about specific aesthetic outcomes, and individual results will depend on each client's skin type and characteristics. Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, CuiGlow's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

12. Termination

Either party may cancel a booking at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms above. CuiGlow reserves the right to decline or terminate a booking if the client behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, or contrary to these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from our services or this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taichung, Taiwan. We encourage informal resolution of any disagreement before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
