How far in advance should I book?
For single sessions like Hotel Room Ready or Art Exhibition Opening, one to two weeks' notice is usually sufficient. For Full Wedding Weekend packages, we suggest reaching out at least six to eight weeks ahead to allow time for planning sessions and look coordination.
Which areas in Taiwan do you serve?
CuiGlow is based in Beitun District, Taichung, and primarily serves the Greater Taichung area including surrounding districts. For events in other cities, please get in touch to discuss — travel arrangements can sometimes be accommodated for larger packages.
What do I need to prepare for the visit?
A clean, moisturized face is ideal, but it's not required — the artist can work with your skin as it is. Good lighting near a mirror or window is helpful. You don't need to supply any products; everything is brought in the kit. For the pre-session consultation, a quiet space to chat for a few minutes is all that's needed.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The kit includes options for various skin types, and any sensitivities or allergies are noted during the consultation. Please let us know in advance if you have specific concerns, and the artist will plan accordingly.
What is the pricing structure, and how do I pay?
Services are priced as listed: NT$2,000 for Hotel Room Ready, NT$6,800 for Art Exhibition Opening, and NT$22,000 for Full Wedding Weekend. Payment details and deposit requirements are discussed during booking confirmation. Pricing is transparent and agreed upon before the session begins.
Can the look be adjusted during or after the session?
Absolutely. The session is a collaborative process, and adjustments mid-way are welcome. The goal is that you feel genuinely comfortable and pleased with the result before the artist leaves.
